Overall customer service was good. Customer service rep was responsive, and shipment was processed in a timely manner. However, final price was over $100 higher than original quote/estimate (and I had to fight to keep it from being even higher).

Michael, I am sorry that the carriers requested more funds. Pricing increased literally over night in some locations. If I could have prevented it I would have. If there is anything else i can do for you please let me know.
