As a "newbie" to transporting an auto, there were certainly a lot of questions and concerns throughout the process. Fortunately, I ended up connecting with Julie at Auto Shipping Group. She was knowledgeable, patient, accessible and very responsive. She helped me be prepared and have a certain level of comfort prior to pick-up. And even better, the carrier that provided the transport was exceptional. The driver was professional, timely and flexible in coordinating the delivery.
