Kim was excellent helping me arrange pickup over the phone and explaining the process. After looking up the company on the better business bureau website and seeing their A+ rating I felt at ease using their service. Kim added a real human voice to the equation. She was helpful and professional but never sounded like a salesperson. The driver she arranged to pick up my car seemed completely competent and was very friendly. My car arrived quickly and the driver stayed in touch to let me know his progress. I highly recommend Auto Shipping Group.
