Felicia was awesome, she knew I was in a bind due to another transporter not being able to deliver at a certain date. She literally went to work immediately and located an expedited contractor who could deliver on time and for less money. Crazy good communication too, both phone text and E -Mail. Perhaps this is a little early, as my car is due in two days but NBC Transport showed up on time to pick up the car, and they are a local business near where I live. Now that is planning.
