I now have used Greg Bailey for the last 3 years at least 2 to 3 times per year and he has done an excellent job for me and my family. I would highly recommend him to others. He was able to react to changes due to a carrier issue. In one case I had a vehicle damage by the carrier and he made sure that all was fixed in a timely fashion. He has always been timely in his response via email or phone. Thanks Jim
