Greg was great! I was out of the country until 12 hours before my pickup and he made sure everything was set up and running smoothly by the time I got home! He even answered the phone after hours and got up early (he's on the west coast, I was on the east) to confirm that the company was on time and that it was the right company contacting me! He was awesome. Everything went so smoothly!
