Lance was great to communicate with and as a graduate student got me an affordable quote to ship my car to school. I wish there had been more communication from the carrier's side, but that wasn't Lance's fault. I was so happy that delivery was early, but they didn't give me any notice and then couldn't deliver my car to the address I had given and I had to find someone to give me a ride to pick up my car on very short notice. Overall, I would highly recommend using Lance because he made the process so much easier.
