Malia responded promptly to my request for an estimate aind explained the broker-carrier protocols very well. She was so helpful and upfront with me about how the process works that I would feel comfortable shipping another vehicle through her in the future. I would definitely recommend Malia's professionalism and personality for any first time car shipper!
My car has not yet shipped but based on past reviews and Malia's professionalism I am definitely less nervous about shipping my car across country. Thanks again Malia!
