Kimberly was extremely helpful and responded promptly to my questions. She told me everything I would need to know and gave me her number should I need her at the drop-off location. The people I dropped the car off with were very friendly which spoke highly of Auto Shipping Group and the types of people they work with, especially in such an unregulated industry.
