Dealing w julie was fantastic. Always answerd emails, txts, or calls. Kept great contact w me. Car was delived 2 days later than originally expected. Transport vehicle threw axle, needed roadside repair. Driver kept me informed. That DOES NOT influence my rating. Stuff happens. All parties were professional and courteous. Very positve experience!!
