I needed to ship a car from Washington to Illinois and was pretty nervous because it would all be transacted online or over the phone. Like most people I did some research and saw all of the horrifying reviews of shipping companies which was pretty scary. I ended up picking Auto Shipping Group because they had the least negative reviews and kept showing up on lists of good companies for this kind of thing. Figured I would just hope for the best.
Justin was my contact and he was absolutely awesome. Kept me informed, gave me on point time and cost estimates and was just really nice and helpful. Car arrived within the time frame and the driver was really great in keeping me updated on his arrival. I was so relieved that after reading all of the horror stories of car shipping mine went so well. No damage to the vehicle, overall just really pleased with how everything went!
