Lance Staab was helpful and steered me through this process in a knowledgeable and patient way. This is the first time I have bad the need to ship car and Lance walked me through the process and patiently answered my questions. He was very thorough and was always a phone call away when I needed to contact him. All in all, I am very satisfied with the service I received from Auto Shipping Group.
