We had never shipped a car before, and I was very nervous. Billie at Auto Shipping Group talked me through the process and made me feel comfortable. I also verified Auto Shipping Group Inc through the BBB - A plus rating. She gave me a quote and that was exactly the price we paid. The carrier company was Unified Auto Trans Corp. They were excellent! Very professional. They were flexible and worked with us on the delivery time and location. I called both Billie at Auto Shipping Group and Unified Auto Trans Corp several times with questions about the pickup, transport or delivery. Calls were either immediately picked up or promptly returned. They gave me contact phone numbers so that I always knew whom to call. The transport went without a hitch. The services provided by both Auto Shipping Group and by Unified Auto Trans Corp were both professional and excellent! I would definitely recommend both companies for future business!
