My inquiry was answered within minutes. David was very punctual and explained everything I needed to know about the process of transporting my vehicle. He was very knowledgeable regarding his competition and even worked with some of them over the years. He had good things to say about them and stated that my choice was a personal preference and that there would be no hard feelings if he did not get the job. The price was competitive which I considered fair.
He gave me nearly daily updates as soon as he knew estimated pick up time, approximate travel time, etc. The trucker had some issues that required shop time and David made me aware of that and by keeping in touch with the driver gave me estimates of when the driver would be back on the road then confirmed when that happened.
He followed up with me to confirm delivery and my level of satisfaction. I would definitely use him again.
