Customer service was excellent. I was pretty disapointed with the actual carrier as they didnt want to abide by the contract regarding drop off date. I was really lucky Greg was the buffer and made things work out. I chose a closed vehicle so my convertible would be clean but unfortunately they unloaded the car in an open parking lot and my car came back filthy and the interior was damp.
Customer service was the only positive about this experience.

Makes no sense the car would be stored outside when the transporter that hauled you was an enclosed carrier. I apologize for that part of the service.
