It was great.
He was dilegent to meet my expectation.
I first asked to schedule car pick-up from Las Vegas and changed my mind to send my car from San Diego instead.
He was very kind to make this change and happily helped my needs.
Eventually, I was able to find carriers from San Diego within a few days before the pick-up time.
