The entire process of shipping my vehicle from California to Louisiana was actually pretty simple. I have shipped cars in the past, so my decision to go with Broker David was simple.David Driver, the Auto Transportation Broker was fair, straight to the point with no games, nor surprises. As a Business Owner, I don't have time to play games, so I informed David to get to the real deal bottom line price. He did, we moved on in positivity and the vehicle was delivered.The Trucking company who chose our offer to deliver the vehicle had transmission problems en route to Louisiana, and broke down 8.5 hours from its final destination. The trucking company was non responsive to me initially regarding my multiple calls to inquire about what was the hold up. Although this had nothing to do with the Trucking broker David Driver,David as the broker stepped in and kept me informed, only once I had to question the Trucking Company's legitimacy. In the end,The Trucking Company came through, the Truck Driver was professional and reassured me that my vehicle would be delivered safely and undamaged. I have another vehicle I will be shipping later this year and will indeed select Auto Shipping Group as my company.
