Would use ASG again

The vehicles weren't picked up on the requested date, and the price went up slightly from the originally quoted price when they did finally coordinate a carrier. However, I do understand that ASG is not carrier. They are brokers who coordinate with carriers.

With that said, I would absolutely use ASG again. That is based on their their phenomenal customer support! ASG always responded quickly to my questions and I never had a problem contacting them. As a matter of fact, my POC was unavailable one day, but he coordinated to have a coworker contact me, and coordinate the pickup of my vehicles, in his absence.
