If anyone is looking to ship an automobile, I can't recommend Chell enough. I had spoken with several other companies and no one gave me the confidence that Chell did. The reason why I chose her is that, from the beginning, she made me feel like she was working for me; like she was my personal assistant in getting the car from Point A (Florida) to Point B (Washington). She made it a point to check in on me everyday as well as provide prompt updates on the location of the shipment every time I asked for them (which was several). Chell even provided me her evening number so that I could maintain contact with her throughout the night and the weekend. She was also very clear on the requirements and conducted herself in a highly professional manner.

I would not hesitate to recommend Chell to anyone looking to ship an automobile, especially cross-country. The process can be extremely stressful and she really helped mitigate a lot of that stress. She's earned a customer for life.
