Very responsive and easy to reach company contact person.Very fast delivery at competitive price for cross-country shipping. The car was loaded on a Friday morning in Rochester NY and delivered 2 days later on Sunday at noon in Seattle WA. The truck driver was friendly and kept me posted by phone along the way. The car was dirty but not damaged.

Overall, I recommend this transporter for auto shipping.
