Auto Shipping Group did a great job arranging the pick up and keeping in contact with us concerning the drop off. The company delivering the vehicle, Pro Logistics, was extremely difficult to get a hold of. I tried for 2 days, leaving messages on the voice mail with dispatch, accounting and claims and could not get anyone to answer. The driver called at 10:14 PM at night and wanted to come deliver the vehicle, when the original agreement was between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm. He was indignant that I would not meet him that late. He said that if I did not take the car that night then he would not deliver it. When I asked for his bosses number he gave me a bogus number. The number belonged to a person who had never heard of the company. At that point I called Auto Shipping Group, and they responded immediately and helped in the eventual delivery of the vehicle.
