I am very busy w/ a family member in hospital during the time I needed to set up transport of these two vehicles. Lance Staab was very persistant and polite in asking for the business. I finally got things set up on my end and he was great on his end.
He was honest and frank about this not being an exact science. There may be unforseen delays or issues. ( In my case there was. The transport/carrier had a death in the family.) He did a good job echoing the statements in the contract. With the contract and his communication I had a good idea of what to expect.
Lance kept track of the process from pickup to delivery and followed up after delivery. There can be so many variables with this transport but I had an understanding of "what to do if" because of the contract and Lance being available to answer questions. He was very knowledgeable.
The cost, although a little higher than the estimate, was within my budget. When it threatened to go over my budget, Lance stepped in and got it back within budget. I would recommend Lance and Auto Shipping Group to others who have the need.
The actual carrier was very good as well. Once the automobiles were picked up, he arrived within a good time. He contacted me numerous times to let me know of progress and approximate delivery time and location. He took care of the autos and did a good job getting them off of the carrier. His paperwork was accurate as well. To me, this also reflects Auto Shipping Group (that my carrier did a good job too). Thanks for your help! James
