i was totally lost when I started looking for a company to take my son his car. I filled out a questionnaire on the internet and all of the companies started calling me. It was horrible. Lance took the time to explain everything to me and went over the whole transaction in detail. I truly appreciate him taking the time to explain the broker versus the transporter.
