I called ASG in a panic - I was about to move across the country and my car shipment with another dispatch service had fallen through. I desperately needed help getting a shipment scheduled as soon as possible. I'm so happy Lance Staab picked up the phone when I called! Lance understood the urgency of my situation and did everything in his power to get my car shipped quickly and at a reasonable rate. He was always available - even after hours - to answer my questions about the process. When I was stressed or nervous, Lance reassured me that everything would be taken care of - and it was! Thank you, ASG, for such an awesome car shipping experience after the bad experience I'd had with another big dispatch service. And give Lance a big raise!!
