Julie was informative, professional, and exceedingly patient! I had to deliver an over-sized vehicle to an out-of-the-way place and, of course, I wanted to keep the cost at a minimum.

Julie took the time to help me control the cost and kept me well-informed along the way. She gave me fair warning about what I would need to put up for a driver and how long I could expect to wait at the given rate.

Due to weather, the driver fell behind schedule. I was frustrated when he failed to keep me updated but Julie was very responsive in getting in touch with him. I was able to get a status update on short order once Julie was on the task.

Highly recommended.
