Felicia was very respectful and helpful in coordinating the order. I enjoyed working with her and I would certainly work with her again. Felicia was excellent about updating the status of the transport and expectations and timeline for pickup and delivery. The price did increase from the original quote, but the overhead fee was reduced to accommodate the unexpected change.
