ASG, Kim Freiley in particular, was very easy to deal with. My son's car was in a fairly remote area of California and that made finding a driver a bit of a challenge but Kim came through for us. The car was delivered on-time to Austin, Texas. What impressed us the most was how accessible Ms. Freiley was. This was our first experience shipping a car and to be honest, we were a little nervous. Kim answered every phone call and text promptly and in a friendly manner. Great to work with!
