Felicia, who supervised, was superb: clear, thorough, and in constant contact every step of the way. She was very patient with me, as I kept having to change my pick-up date. Alex, manager of SI Express, owner of the transport trailer, was also great: once my truck was picked up, he called almost every day to advise me of its progress.
