This is the first time I have shipped a vehicle and I had heard plenty of horror stories. Lance staab made it easy and comfortable. He was in contact with with me the entire time, calling to be sure the car was picked up on time and delivered. The guy who picked up my volvo was meticulous, going over every inch of my car to note the condition. There were winter storms of various types along the route but it made no difference. My car was delivered in sleeting rain but the drivers were calm and collected. Great experience from start to finish. Next time I need to ship a vehicle I will be calling them. Highly recommended.
