Martha Castillo at Auto Shipping Group is awesome. She explained the process very clearly and was there for me when I had questions or concerns. This was my first time transporting any vehicle and it was a good experience. I would recommend working with Martha, she is great, friendly, and most important knowledgeable. I spoke with Martha on a Friday to setup the transport and that following Monday she had a transport picking up my car.

The driver who picked up the car was very polite and professional. He also kept me informed of his location thru out the transport. On Wednesday morning, he called to verify the delivery of my car and gave me an estimated time of arrival. Half an hour before the delivery, the driver informed me that he was on his way. The car arrived in perfect condition and I was very excited to have my car. I would definitely request to ship my car with that carrier again.

My experience shipping the car with ASG was great and I would recommend them to my friends and family.
