Stephanie was extremely helpful and a very pleasant person to speak with. She was, at all times patient and knowledgable. I so appreciated her for her friendly and helpful service. Very good at her job, and extremely likable.
The driver was also a very happy and helpful person. I didn't know his name, but he let me tease him about vampires,
