The Contact person Malia made my experience a great one. My son put the order in and fell on me This was first time using a transport company. Malia made my experience a great one She understood my needs and stayed in touch and guided me through the whole process. She consistently treated me with a high level of customer service satisfied my every question. Her efforts made me feel comfortable in making this transition.
