Lance, the broker agent, was great to deal with. The carrier was good to deal with as well. There were a few little things that occurred during pick up and drop off that could be cleaned up but overall we were very satisfied. Lance was very good with communication. The driver was very nice and professional, but sometimes I had to call him instead of him calling me. I would recommend using this service. The rate was decent as well. Transport was from Metro Phoenix to Metro Atlanta. Final price was $1,000 and was fully insured.
