I had my son's car transported from California to Florida with Auto Shipping group Inc. We have never transported a vehicle before and we were very fortunate to have contacted Julie Johnston of Auto Shipping who helped us in this. Julie was very understanding, patient and prompt in responding to our queries. She was excellent in her communication with us and with our son who was in California. Being the holiday period, she tried her best to get a truck driver that could deliver the car on time. We needed it to arrive before Jan 3rd. The car was picked up on Dec 19 and promptly arrived on Dec 30th. The pick-up driver was also very organized. He gave a call a couple
of hours before pick up and did mention on pick up that he will deliver it on Dec 29th or 30th. He also gave a call on the morning of Dec 30th just as he arrived at the drop off address. The car was in good shape and the whole process went very smoothly. I will definitely recommend Auto shipping group for car transportation and especially Julie Johnston . Thank you for a job well done.
