The broker for this transport, Kimberly Freiley, was very knowledgable, professional and courteous. She is assisting with my pursuit of a claim concerning interior damage to the vehicle. The hauler picked up the car on time and delivered it two days early. The hauler was also very communicative during the process. I would use this broker again as she is very responsive and professional. 5-star rating deserved.
