I had never shipped any vehicles before, but Wendy guided me through the process and took care of everything. When I had questions about the carrier pick up times, I could get in touch with Wendy directly, or she would promptly return my call. The carrier she arranged to move my two cars also did a good job without any issues. Overall good experience.
