Overall, my experience with Auto Shipping Group was very good. Martha was very knowledgeable and explained how the process works. Her explanation matched what my car mechanic told me. I trust him and I trusted Martha. There seemed to be slow communication between the broker and the carrier, but not too annoying. My car was delivered to a relative, he didn't report any damage, so I'm happy.
