I requested a quote online and was bombarded with quotes and phone calls immediately with prices ranging all over the place. I had never used a transport company and didn't realize how competitive an industry it is. I received an email from Sue explaining the whole process, what to look for and expect without giving me a price. Because of that email I decided to call Sue and I'm glad I did. She immediately put me at ease told me what was going to happen and what price we were going to decide on. A few days later arrangements were made and we were good to go. Sue kept me updated throughout the process and she did a great job of communicating with me. I would definitely use Auto Shipping Group again and would request that Sue Garrison handle my transport. Thanks Sue for being so great.
