Kim was awesome to work with. It was a very good transaction. The one thing that could've been better would be, the estimated price. The difference between my estimated and actual amount paid was very high.

Vj, I would first like to apologize that the carriers asked for an increase in cost to move your two vehicles. I got them to agree to take them for lower than they originally wanted, so I am happy that we were able to work something out. If there is anything else I can do for you please let me know.
