My overall experience was good, there were a few minor hiccups in the middle of the process only because the agent I was working with directly unexpectedly quit. Luckily I had another agent Kimberly that looked up my account and helped me ship my car from Ma to Ca! My car was picked up and dropped off in timely fashion! The man who picked up and dropped off my car was super friendly and very professional. Overall very good expiernce!
