I worked with Julie Johnston to ship my car from Pennsylvania to Washington state. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. In the past, I had a less than ideal car shipping experience so I was a bit worried this time. I was pleasantly surprised with Auto Shipping Group and Transport Express Inc. (drivers). My driver was polite and easy to communicate with. Julie called me the day my car was scheduled to be picked up to make sure everything worked out as planned. It did! Additionally, I was first told my car would arrive on 10/7 but it came on 10/3 instead, 4 days early! Although the price was higher than I was hoping to pay, it was worth it because my car arrived safely, quickly and I was able to communicate with both the driver and Julie throughout transport.
