I worked with Lance as I was looking to ship my car from San Diego to Boston MA. He was very professional and friendly. When I didn't like a carrier based on some bad reviews Lance was willing to work with me to find a new one. However, I didn't end up going with Auto Shipping Group in the end. I went with Montway brokers because of their BBB rating and flat rate. However I ended up having a not so good experience with them. Thanks Lance for educating me about the shipping industry and for being friendly and not pushy.
