Ms. Nelson was a great help . She talked me through every step of it . She took time out of her day to make sure the process was going well. Although the carrier was late, this was not dependent on her , but she still did her best to accommodate me . She made sure to keep me informed of anything that came up with the car, she was very understanding of budget and pricing . I would use this service again being that auto ship group has amazing customer service. It was great . The best part after it all she still called and made sure everything was delivered to my satisfaction . I highly recommend this group.
