This was a new experience for us, in that I was helping my father send his second car from Chicago to Phoenix as they retire, and move out to Arizona. Matthew was was helpful and took care of everything. The driver/shipper was on time, and worked great for us on both ends. In the future, it would be great if we could use a Credit Card or PayPal to pay for the entire transport; rather than just the deposit. Logistics of forwarding a car AND cash across the country are a bit difficult at times. Overall, great experience and we'd book again.
