Ms. Hart was great. She was easily accessible, honest and very helpful. This was my first time having a car transported and the process was somewhat overwhelming. The bids that companies make are meaningless. Chell was able to lock in a bid that was close to her origninal estimate and kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. My car arrived without incident earlier than expected. I was able to call/email her with questions throughout the transport and she was very helpful. I would definiitely use this company again.
