Well it started off rough because the company that was supposed to pick up my bike never came through..but the auto shipping group no longer uses them. They got everything fixed and sorted and I got my bike a couple days earlier then expected. So I got my bike a little later then expected but I got an enclosed trailer.. that made me happy! I would def use them again.
