The process was relatively painless. The price and options were explained up front. I had to arrange for someone to get the car onto a truck because I was on a plane. But other than that, it occurred as promised and was easy. The driver contacted me right after he picked up the car and gave me an idea of the arrival time. He arrived on time and delivered the car as promised. All in all very satisfactory
