I worked with Randy Chavez to have 2 vehicles shipped cross-country. What I very much appreciated from Randy was his directness and honesty. When the route I requested was not likely to match with a driver, he let me know and helped me brainstorm other workable options. (Numerous other brokers I spoke with promised me "they had a driver ready to pick up the next day" and they were blatant lies. Randy did not operate like this.) Randy also never tried to convince me to accept outrageously priced bids from shippers.

I very much appreciated Randy's honest approach to his job. Randy was a fantastic communicator - if he was on another line when I called, he returned my calls promptly. Every email I sent to Randy was also promptly responded to. (Again, this was not the case with any other broker I talked with.)

It was a pleasure doing business with Randy and I highly recommend his services.
