I needed to transport a vehicle from the Memphis, TN area to southeast Michigan and I needed to do so in a hurry, but at a competitive price. I am the kind of person that values results over price, as I believe that a good experience in a transaction is most important. I researched two companies and ASG, Inc. was among the highest rated carriers I could find to review. I received a competitive quote almost immediately and Ms. Pittman availed herself to answer any questions or concerns that I had. I had never shipped a vehicle before and as routine as it may seem, this was a pretty big deal for me. I received another quote from another high rated carrier for very nearly the same price that Ms. Pittman quoted me. I did not waste a lot of time going back-and-forth on matters concerning the price. Ms. Pittman had handled my concerns so professionally, I was happy to choose ASG, Inc. for my transport needs. To top it off, she was able to actually save me money from the original price quoted! Ms. Pittman made the transaction easy for me with her overall concern and diligence to the details concerning my total experience. I have not been paid or compensated in any form whatsoever for this review. I believe excellent service should receive the appropriate commentary. I believe it wise and time-saving to choose ASG for your vehicle shipping needs.
