I want to start out by saying my experience with Auto Shipping Group was excellent. I bought a car in Florida and needed it to be shipped to California. This made the communication logistics very tough because my contact person Alexandra had to coordinate with both the seller and I.To top it off I work nights and the seller worked days which made for some communication problems. Alexandra was able to keep everything on track and was always available by phone. If she didn't pick up the phone when I called she would call me back within fifteen minutes. She was always very pleasant and extremely competent. Any problems that happened were dealt with quickly and efficiently. She made the headache of transporting a vehicle across the US a somewhat pleasant experience. If I ever need another vehicle transported anywhere I will make sure that Alexandra does it.
